Strategic Analyst

XE is seeking a Strategic Analyst to join our Strategic Development team! As a Strategic Analyst, you will lead customer, competitor, and market research and keep abreast of the latest industry advances. You will work with data teams to capture business performance and consult with internal stakeholders to help drive business innovation.   • Lead strategic customer research.

  • Consult with internal stakeholders to capture business insights.
  • Produce quarterly environmental scan publication.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans.
  • Explore innovative methodologies to improve analytical process.
  • Educate team on latest practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with BI concepts and platforms, particularly Tableau.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong time-management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and research abilities.
  • Ability to create engaging written and verbal presentations.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and work within a global team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
