Send money to The Philippines to enter.

1. The ‘Send Money to Phillipines Prize Draw’ (the Prize Draw) is open to consumer customers of HiFX Limited trading as ‘Xe’ (“Xe”) based in the Australia. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Xe, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
2. Upon the transfer of the Phillipino Peso (PHP) currency equivalent of 250AUD to a beneficiary account located in The Philippines a customer will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
3. The Prize Draw is open from 9:00AM AEDT on Thursday 27th August 2020 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 30 September 2020. Money transfers from Australia to the Philippines that are settled by the Xe customer after this time will not be considered.
4. Xe accepts no responsibility in related to the Prize Draw for any money transfers which are not completed for any reason.
5. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 5th October 2020 ("Draw Date").
6. The winner will receive AUD equivalent of 50,000 Philippine Peso up to a maximum value of $2,500 AUD. The AUD currency conversion shall be carried out at a rate available with Xe on the Draw Date.
7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided to Xe by the customer) before 6th October 2020. If a winner does not respond to Xe within five business days of being notified by Xe, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Xe will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
9. The decision of Xe regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. Xe shall make available upon written request information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Xe will send the surname and state of the prize winner, and the local currency amount won by the winner, to anyone who emails marketing@xe.com within one month after 30 September 2020. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and prize amount being made available, please contact Xe at: marketing@xe.com. In such circumstances, Xe may still provide the information and winning entry to any competent regulatory bodies, upon on request.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Xe reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Xe reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. The Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales.
14. The promoter of the Prize Draw is HiFX Limited trading as Xe of PO Box 7646, Wellesley Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
