I am having issues receiving rate updates for the Windows 8 app.
Some users have reported connection issues while running anti-virus software. In order to prevent this issue, please allow access to our domain (xe.com) in your virus protection software. Unfortunately we are unable to advise specifically how to do this - please check with your software provider to learn more.
