SYDNEY, May 16 (Reuters) - Ratings agency Moody's Investors Services kept New Zealand's triple A sovereign rating with a stable outlook on Thursday after the nation's 2013/14 budget remained in line with expectations of a return to balance.
'The 2013 budget demonstrates that the New Zealand government continues to move in the direction of budget balance after the period of large deficits precipitated by the global financial crisis and the Christchurch earthquakes,' said Moody's Steven Hess, senior vice president.
