Labor Department releases the March employment report, 8:30
a.m (1230 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey forecast 200,000
jobs were created in March compared with 236,0000 new jobs in
February. The unemployment rate is seen at 7.7 percent, a repeat
of the February rate.
Commerce Department releases February International Trade,
8:30 a.m. (1230 GMT). Economists in a Reuters poll expect a
February trade deficit of $44.6 billion versus a deficit of
$44.45 billion in January.
Economic Cycle Research Institute releases its weekly index
of economic activity for March 29, 10:30 a.m. (1430 GMT). In the
prior week the index read 129.7.
Federal Reserve issues February consumer credit, 3 p.m.
(1900 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey forecast consumer
credit will rise $15.00 billion versus a $16.15 billion increase
