* Unit commenced open season to solicit binding commitments for new crude oil

gathering and transportation pipeline system

* System will gather crude oil from points located in dunn,mckenzie counties,

transport to interconnections with interstate markets

* Open season provides shippers to make volume commitments of 1,000 barrels/day

for crude oil gathering,transportation service over system
