

ISTANBUL, Jan 24 (Reuters) - Turkish Central Bank Governor Erdem Basci said on Thursday loan growth was expected to reach nearly 15 percent this year and said the bank may take measures if it exceeds that level.
In an interview broadcast on Turkey's CNBC-e television, Basci said the central bank was continuing to watch Turkey's real effective exchange rate closely.
