ISTANBUL, March 29 (Reuters) - Turkey's trade deficit rose to $6.96 billion in February from $6.04 billion a year earlier, data showed on Friday, below a forecast deficit of $8.65 billion in a Reuters poll.
Exports rose 5.8 percent to $12.44 billion and imports rose 9 percent to $19.4 billion in February, the Turkish Statistics Institute said.
