

FRANKFURT, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Investment flowed out of the euro zone in
December, the European Central Bank said on Monday. The ECB reported the
following data on the euro zone balance of payments. Figures are in billions of
euros and are non-seasonally adjusted unless specified otherwise.
