DAR ES SALAAM, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Tanzania's year-on-year rate of inflation slowed to 10.9 percent in January from 12.1 percent a month earlier thanks to a slower rate of increase in commodity prices, official data showed on Friday.
The Consumer Price Index in east Africa's second biggest economy rose 1.3 percent during January compared with 1.9 percent in December.
