

NAIROBI, Feb 14 (Reuters) - The weighted average yield on Kenya's benchmark 91-day Treasury bills fell to 8.213 percent at auction on Thursday from 8.229 percent last week, the central bank said.
The bank said it received bids worth 863 million shillings ($9.9 million) for the 4 billion shillings it had offered, representing a 22 percent subscription rate. It accepted bids worth 851 million shillings.
