PARIS, Feb 3 (Reuters) - French President Francois Hollande said on Sunday there was still work to do to reach an agreement over the European Union budget for 2014-2020 at a meeting in Brussels next week.

'We will do everything to find an agreement at the next summit, but conditions are not there yet,' Hollande said in a joint speech with Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti in Paris.
