ROME, Dec 5 (Reuters) - The entire board of Italian oil services company is set to be removed soon, a political source said on Wednesday.
The board of oil and gas group Eni, which controls Saipem, is being held on Wednesday.
'It looks like the entire board is going to go,' the source said when asked about Saipem, without giving further details.
A report posted on the website of financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore on Wednesday said the head of Paolo Scaroni had decided to remove Saipem chief executive Pietro Franco Tali.
Eni controls 42.9 percent of Saipem.
