

BOGOTA, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Colombia's central bank decision to cut its interest rate was not unanimous, the bank's chief Jose Dario Uribe said on Friday.
The monetary authority also established an inflation target for next year at between 2 percent and 4 percent.
