wholesalers,distributors of vibativ and healthcare professionals

* Astellas letters advise vibativ distribution hold has resulted in critical

product shortages regional supply outages

* Astellas recommended no new patients be initiated on vibativ therapy until

production issue is resolved - SEC filing
