WARSAW, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Poland may publish its national euro adoption plan mid-2010, Deputy Finance Minister Ludwik Kotecki said on Thursday, adding Warsaw could enter ERM2 without first meeting the fiscal requirement.
'The national euro adoption plan will be published approximately in the middle of next year,' Kotecki told a news conference.
'ERM-2 membership does not require meeting any of the euro entry criteria, so entering ERM-2 without meeting the fiscal requirement is possible. I would not exclude this scenario, that means it is probable.'
At the same conference, Deputy Central Bank Governor Witold Kozinski said Poland could meet the euro entry inflation requirement mid-2010.
