* Rautaruukki corporation issued EUR 150 million domestic bond

* Five-year bond carries an annual fixed rate coupon of 5.25 per cent

* Bond is the first tranche of a EUR 300 million tap issue

* Sampo Bank acted as bookrunner for the transaction
