

LONDON, July 7 (Reuters) - Instituto Credito Oficial (ICO) , which is guaranteed by Spain, is planning a 3-year, $1 billion bond, IFR reported on Tuesday.
Guidance has been set at mid-swaps plus 50 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
The bond will be managed by JP Morgan, IFR said.
