I updated to version 1.1 and now I'm having problems. What should I do?
If you don't have an internet connection the first time you run XE Currency it will fail with a blank currency list. Deleting and re-installing XE Currency directly on the iPhone/iPod (not through iTunes) has resolved the problem for most people. Make sure you have an internet connection before running XE Currency for the first time after installing version 1.1. If that doesn't work you can help us by sending us some information:

Did you install through iTunes or directly on your iPhone/iPod using the App Store?
I switched devices and now XE Currency displays a 'No Connection' error and won't update. What should I do?
If you have restored a backup to a different phone you need to delete and re-install XE Currency.
The content is downloaded from the FAQ. If that doesn't help, contact us.
I'm traveling and don't want XE Currency to update every time I open it. What can I do?
There is a button in the options to switch to manual updates. For application versions prior to 1.1, you may consider turning off Data Roaming in the device settings: Settings | General | Network | Data Roaming.
What mobile devices does XE Currency support?
At this time, only the iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry devices (OS 4.2.1 and higher) and Android devices (OS 1.5 or higher) are supported.
Does XE Currency have a calculator?
XE Currency has basic calculator functionality built-in. To use it, tap the number of the currency you want to change and use the operator symbols on the keyboard to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Because of order of operations, expressions are evaluated whenever you tap the addition or subtraction keys. For example, the expression 3+3+3x4 gets evaluated as you type. First it displays as 6+3x4, because the second plus operator causes the preceding expression (3+3) to be evaluated. The final result is (3+3)+(3x4) = 6+12 = 18.
Why does XE Currency want to use my location?
If you choose to allow XE Currency to use your current location, that data and your current base currency are logged and may be displayed on our Currency Map Mashup. Why? We thought it would be fun to see where in the world people are using XE Currency.
What do the colored numbers mean?
The orange currency is the base, or 'from', currency. Blue currencies are the counter, or 'to', currencies. Conversions include more decimals than are used by the currency, and these are shown in grey.
What is Shake to Reset?
Shake to Reset is a feature to reset the current base currency amount to 1.00, allowing for quick unit conversions between currencies.
What data does XE Currency send?
XE Currency sends the device ID to authenticate when getting rates from our servers. If you allow it, XE Currency will send your location for use on our Currency Map Mashup.
