That's great - thanks for answering. The money has arrived and it's faster, cheaper and easier than using my bank. 

 I have now used XEtrade twice and I have to say it is a wonderful system. The amount of hassle I used to have transferring money to Spain has now gone completely thanks to XEtrade. I will certainly recommend you to others. 

 I would simply like to say that your site is extremely well presented, clear and concise and of course the rates you offer are second to none.

I have recommended you to many of my colleagues.

 I very rarely feel the need to share my experience of a service, but the service I have received from XE.com has been truly exemplary. From the website, to the communication to confirm the registration, to the actual movement of money from the UK to Australia - it has all been excellent.

As I said, it is simply because I have been so impressed with the quality of the service that I have had to share this with you.  

 I initially used XE only for currency conversion information. I buy many antique and art items overseas from many different sellers.

Oftentimes these people are private individuals without access to Paypal or Credit Card equipment. In these cases the best way to get money to them is through an international wire transfer. The cost and inconvenience were as such - make a trip to the bank, pay $35-$45 per transfer, and spend at least 30 minutes working with the banker (this does not include time wasted while waiting for the banker).

Additionally, the recipient's bank would charge them a receiving fee of the equivalent of $15-$25. This would only be discovered after the transfer (as some banks do not charge a receiving fee). So it was back to the bank, another 30 minutes, another fee for me, and another fee for the recipient to receive the money. Even when I would ask the recipient to check ahead, a fee was incurred when they said it wouldn't be. You can plainly see what an arduous procedure this became.

In addition to these charges, my bank would charge me more on the conversion rate than XE quoted. Henceforth, I looked into XEtrade. What did I find? Financial sanity!

I do not have to leave my home to make transfers. An entire transfer, including inputting a new recipient's information, takes less than 10 minutes. The recipients in most cases incur no fee for receiving the transfer (I do most of my purchases in Germany and England where XE has bank accounts). My cost for the trade is almost always under $16. As if that wasn't good enough, the conversion rate is better than my bank and better than Paypal. Whey I buy an expensive item it is often more cost wise to pay with XE than with Paypal.

Your service exceeded every expectation that your company promised. This is, sadly, not often the case these days. What has made me the most appreciative of XE, however, is that whenever I have needed help or had a question, XE came through perfectly. No long wait on the phone, no inputting number after number to endless computer generated voices. Every support person I have ever talked to has been courteous, patient, kind, and effective. It never seems as if the person on the other end of the line is in a rush to get off the phone.

Your company has truly made me feel like a valued customer. I am writing this letter because I feel that you deserve congratulations for running an exemplary business. I would recommend XE, and in fact have done so several times, to anyone making international transfers. I look forward to many more pleasant trade experiences. 

 Thank you for some excellent service. I have dealt with 2 other call centres tonight and I didn't get anything resolved except make my blood boil. I was dreading having to make another call but it was a pleasure having you look into things for me.

 Just to thank XE for the quick, reliable and simple service. I have been using my local bank branch to move money to my UK account from the USA and it was always a struggle getting to the bank and filling in the wire forms.
