USD-CAD traded to 1.1408 highs early on, its best since November 7. The pairing rallied sharply on Thursday, following OPEC's inaction on oil production, moving up to near 1.1350 from under 1.1240 in London trade.     The dollar rallied broadly in quiet N.Y. trade on Friday, taking EUR-USD back into 1.2430, after solid selling interest emerged ahead of 1.2500.
