  • Travelex will only be responsible for currency once received by our office.
  • Customer must complete the form (clearly) in its entirety.
  • Travelex reserves the right to return any non-redeemable currency to the customer.
  • A company check will be mailed within one business day of receipt. Please allow 7-10 days for US postal service delivery.
  • Exchange rates will be based on the "buy" rates from the day of receipt and a $5.00 processing fee will be assessed.
  • Travelex will not cash US Dollar Travelers Cheques.
  • Travelex will not accept coins.
