I can't find the refresh button and I can't Pull to Refresh rates. What's wrong?
Rates are updated every 60 seconds. If your device has the latest rates, a timer temporarily replaces the refresh button indicating when the next update is available. After 60 seconds, the refresh button reappears and you can Pull to Refresh rates.
