XE Currency FAQ

Why isn't the XE Currency App on my iPhone and Apple Watch showing the same rates?
If your Apple Watch and the XE Currency App aren’t syncing, we suggest you try these steps:
  1. Force close the app on your iPhone.
  2. Restart your Apple Watch and then open the app on the watch.
  3. Once you see the prompt to sync with your phone, open the app on your phone.
  4. When you have the apps open on both your phone and watch, please add/remove your selected currencies using the phone app. You should now see the updates on your watch app.
