On my BlackBerry touchscreen device, the keyboard won't disappear and it's hard to use. What should I do?
We are currently working to update the application in order to provide a more user-friendly experience for devices such as the BlackBerry Storm and BlackBerry Storm2.
In the meantime, for a better experience, please go to Options -> Applications and turn off compatibility mode. To bring up a keyboard when not using the app in
compatibility mode, please go to the options within the app, and click the Show Keyboard button.
